FCC Family Care Centre takes a less clinical, more community-oriented approach to senior living. The property is organised as an integrated wellness village with two residential units — “The CHS Home” for general residential care and “MemoryCare Home” for dementia-focused care — alongside activity spaces and outdoor areas.

Care & services

The centre offers both stay-in residential care and day care, with activities ranging from craft and library time to gardening and outdoor walks. A memory care programme is housed in a separate unit for residents with dementia. Rehabilitation therapy and social activities are part of the daily schedule.

What families should know

Viewings are by appointment only, with visit windows running 11am–5pm daily. Ulu Tiram is east of Johor Bahru city centre, approximately 25–30 minutes from the Woodlands checkpoint. The village setting and outdoor space are distinctive for the Johor market — families prioritising clinical nursing care may find the brief stronger elsewhere.
