This notice explains how Senior Living Malaysia ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information. It applies to visitors and people who submit enquiries through this website. It is written to comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit the matching form or contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Phone number and/or email address
- Preferred state or location
- Information you provide about care needs, budget, and timeline
- Any additional notes you choose to share
We do not collect government ID numbers, credit card details, or medical records. Please don't include these in the notes field.
Why we collect it
- To send you a shortlist of senior living homes that fit what you've described
- To contact you about that shortlist or related questions
- To connect you with specific homes only with your agreement
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We do not share your contact information with senior living homes without your explicit permission — either you confirm the shortlist and ask us to make an introduction, or you contact the home directly yourself.
We use third-party services to operate this site: Formspree (form submission processing) and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to help you with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards for quality and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for us to process your data
- Request deletion of your data

Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies — only what's necessary for basic functionality. We don't currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this notice.
Singaporean visitors
If you are in Singapore, your data is also protected under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. The principles — consent, purpose limitation, access, correction — apply equivalently.
