What this service is

Senior Living Malaysia is an independent directory and matching service for senior living, assisted living, and nursing homes in Malaysia. We help families find and compare facilities, and — with your permission — connect you to operators directly.

We are not a healthcare provider, a care operator, an employment agency, a financial advisor, or a government body. We do not own, manage, or operate any of the homes listed.

Listings and editorial independence

Listings on this directory are compiled from publicly available sources (Ministry of Health Malaysia / KKM, Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat / JKM, operator websites, and on-the-ground research) and from information operators provide to us directly. We curate listings based on whether a facility serves the audience this directory exists for; we do not list every operator in Malaysia.

Some listings may be paid or sponsored (for example, "Featured" placements or operators paying per qualified lead). Where this is the case, we will label it clearly. Editorial decisions — what we list, how we describe it, and which homes appear in which order — are made independently of any commercial relationship.

Information accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information accurate — pricing, care types, licensing status, contact details, photos. However, facilities change frequently: prices rise, services shift, ownership transfers, homes close or open new branches.

Information on this site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Always verify critical details — current price, available beds, licensing in good standing, specific clinical capabilities — directly with the facility before making a decision or signing any agreement.

Your enquiries and submissions

When you submit an enquiry through the matching form or contact us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or are a parent/guardian of the person whose information you are providing
• The information you provide is truthful and submitted in good faith
• You consent to us processing your information as described in our Privacy Notice
• You consent to us forwarding your enquiry to specific homes only with your explicit agreement (we will confirm before introducing you)

Do not submit anyone else's personal data — including a parent or relative's contact details — without their permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish our listings, written guides, or compiled data without permission
• Submit false enquiries, spam, or content intended to mislead or harass
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the site, or interfere with its operation
• Use the Service to make medical claims about specific operators or facilities

The site's compiled directory data, written guides, design, and original photography are © 2026 Senior Living Malaysia unless otherwise marked. You may link to pages on this site freely. Republishing substantial extracts requires written permission.

Operator names, logos, and trademarks shown on listing pages belong to their respective owners and are used here for the purpose of identification under fair use.

This site links to operator websites, government registries (KKM, JKM), industry associations, and other third-party resources. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites. Use them at your own discretion.
