City Heart Care is one of the longest-operating nursing homes in Johor Bahru, founded in 1993 and registered as a licensed nursing home under the Ministry of Health. The facility is spread across 14 bungalow-style units on a single campus in Taman Johor, giving it more of a residential-community feel than a single-building institution.

Care & services

The operator offers two service tiers: an “Essential” plan covering daytime nursing (6am–9pm), and an “EssentialPLUS” plan with round-the-clock nursing coverage. Clinical services include wound care, medication administration, vitals monitoring, physiotherapy, and acupuncture. Medical transport with escort is available for hospital appointments.

Pricing is quoted individually based on care assessment, not published. Visiting hours run 8am–7pm daily. Taman Johor is a central residential area approximately 20 minutes by car from the Johor–Singapore Causeway.

The home sits on Jalan Paya Manis within Taman Johor, a mature residential neighbourhood south of Johor Bahru city centre. The area is well-served by clinics and within reach of Hospital Sultan Ismail and Hospital Sultanah Aminah.
