Pusat Jagaan Warga Emas Dan Terapi Fitrah is a JKM-registered residential care centre in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. It is listed on the official JKM Pusat Jagaan Warga Emas register (cert: N/PJB WT 11/2021).

Fees (operator-confirmed, August 2026)

The centre sent us its 2026 fee schedule directly:

• Monthly residential care - from RM 2,000/month, plus a RM 350 deposit. Monthly payment falls due on the 25th.
• Short stays are charged daily - RM 180/day, or RM 200/day under the weekly arrangement.
• A RM 1,500 booking fee secures a place where the family has not yet fixed a move-in date.

The booking fee is offset, not an extra charge. The centre confirmed to us that the RM 1,500 is deducted from what you owe - the family pays only the balance when the resident is admitted.

Short stays are negotiable. Three weeks at RM 180/day comes to about RM 3,780, against RM 2,000 for a full month. The centre told us that where a family wants a short-term stay, “pihak kami boleh bincangkan bayaran dengan waris” - the payment can be discussed. So do not simply accept the daily rate for a stay of more than a fortnight; ask.

Physiotherapy

Unusually clear answers here, and the reason this centre is worth a look for post-stroke recovery:

• The centre assesses the resident first. If physiotherapy is needed, they arrange a qualified (bertauliah) physiotherapist at RM 180 per session, with the physiotherapist deciding how many sessions a week are appropriate.
• If the resident only needs basic physiotherapy, the care staff do it at no charge.

Most centres cannot answer this question at all, and a good many will say yes to anything. This one drew the line between qualified therapy and basic staff-led exercise without being pushed.

Admission straight from hospital

Accepted. The centre asks for all medical reports and the appointment schedule at discharge. Useful where a family is moving a relative from a hospital ward into care without a stop at home.

Two sites: Taman Seremban 3 (the address above) and Sikamat.

⚠️ As at 15 August 2026 both branches were full for male residents - the only vacancy was one place for a woman at Seremban 3. Availability moves, so ask; the centre also operates a waiting list you can join.
