This is the home-care arm of Joyat Health Care, operating from an office in Taman Nusa Bestari 2, Skudai. It is a different location and a different service from the group’s residential centre - the operator asked in August 2026 that the two be listed separately, to stop families arriving at the wrong address or expecting residential beds here.

Care & services

From this office the group provides care in the family’s own home rather than in a centre:

• Home care services - structured weekday packages of 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday (20 visits a month), from RM 4,899/month
• Hospitalisation care - support for a relative while they are admitted
• Nursing procedures at home, quoted separately according to clinical need
• Rehabilitation support
• Medical escort services for appointments and transfers

Nurses are registered with the Nursing Board Malaysia and hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate.

What families should know

Home care suits a parent still living at home who needs consistent daily support but not a residential placement. The main practical question to ask is what the 6-hour block actually covers for your relative, and which nursing procedures fall outside the base rate - tube feeding, wound care and catheter management are usually quoted on top.

Because the group runs both home care and a residential centre, families can start with visits at home and move into the Kempas centre if the care level rises, without changing provider.

Taman Nusa Bestari 2, 81300 Skudai - the western side of Johor Bahru, between JB City Centre and Pontian, accessible from the Skudai Interchange and Bukit Indah. Roughly 20-25 minutes from JB Sentral and the Causeway. Note this is the office for home-care services, not a residential centre.
