Joyat Health Care is a newly opened nursing care centre in Taman Nusa Bestari 2, Skudai, Johor Bahru. The centre currently accommodates up to 18 residents, with a planned maximum capacity of 45. It is operated alongside a home care arm that serves Johor Bahru families who prefer professional nursing visits at home rather than residential placement.

Care & services

The residential centre provides 24/7 monitoring with full-time registered nurses and care attendants on site - suited for dependent residents who require continuous nursing support. Private rooms and three daily meals are included in the monthly rate. Specialised nursing procedures (wound care, tube feeding, catheter management, and similar) are quoted separately based on the resident’s clinical needs.

The home care service offers structured weekday packages: 6 hours of care per day, Monday to Friday (20 visits per month) at RM 4,899/month. This is suited to families whose parent is still living at home but needs consistent daily support without full residential placement.

Joyat is a newer operator - enquire directly about current vacancy, the status of their JKM care centre registration, and the specific nursing procedures included in the base rate. The dual residential-and-home-care model means families can start with home care visits and transition to residential if the care level needed increases - a practical continuity of care path.
