Penang Retirement Resort was established by Penang Turf Club in collaboration with Keepers Medi Care Centre. The seven-storey development houses 77 independent living units and 49 assisted care units, with resort-style amenities on site and a location beside the Penang Turf Club grounds.

Care & services

Residents can choose between independent living for active seniors and assisted care for those needing more structured support. A partnership with Keepers Medi Care Centre provides the clinical layer. The resort uses SmartPeep’s automated monitoring system for 24-hour care team connectivity.

What families should know

The resort positions on the premium end of the Penang market — landscaped gardens, karaoke room, hair salon, cafe, wellness spa and massage centre are part of the amenity set. Enquiry hours are Mon–Fri 9am–5pm and Sat 9am–1pm. Pricing is quoted on enquiry.
