About

AIM Healthcare (Asian Integrated Medical Sdn Bhd) is one of the few senior care centres in the Klang Valley that genuinely integrates medical, rehabilitative, and traditional medicine services under one roof. Founded in 2012 by Dr Kong Why Hong, an integrative medicine specialist, the 5-storey USJ Sentral facility operates an on-site GP clinic, physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre, and TCM practice alongside its residential nursing home.

The centre is JKM-licensed.

Care & services

Long-term nursing care, post-surgery and post-hospitalisation care, dementia and memory care (including a Brain Rehabilitation Science programme), stroke and Parkinson’s rehabilitation, palliative and end-of-life care, and day care (8am to 6pm).

On-site specialists include medical doctors, TCM physicians, physiotherapists, registered nurses, and trained caregivers - reducing the need for families to coordinate separate hospital transport for routine clinical needs.

What families should know

Prices start from RM 3,800/month for long-term residential care; day care from RM 1,800/month. Room options include single with en-suite bathroom, 2-bedded, 3-bedded, and 6-bedded configurations.

The facility also operates the iElder senior care product showroom on-site and runs a Caregiver Training Academy - indicating an operator with depth beyond typical nursing home operations.

Location

USJ Sentral, Subang Jaya - well connected via KESAS highway and Federal Highway. Approximately 10 to 20 minutes from major hospitals including Subang Jaya Medical Centre, Sunway Medical Centre, and Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC).

How we determined this licensing status

JKM-licensed by the Department of Social Welfare (Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat). Company: Asian Integrated Medical Sdn Bhd, SSM 201201032412 (1016900-U). No MOH/CKAPS registration found.

Licensing status can change — licences expire, transfer to new operators, or get renewed under a different legal entity. We cross-reference public sources to be as accurate as possible, but always ask to see the physical certificate during your tour. For JKM, ask for the Perakuan Pendaftaran Pusat Jagaan. For MOH, ask for the CKAPS approval letter.

Operators: email your certificate to hello@seniorlivingmalaysia.org and we will upgrade this listing to a Verified ✓ badge showing the certificate date. While you're at it — one line on cultural fit (halal kitchen, surau, Mandarin-speaking staff, dietary accommodations) helps the families who specifically search for that.
