About

EHA Bayview is the south-Klang-Valley branch — Bandar Sungai Long in Kajang, positioned to serve the Cheras / Kajang / Semenyih growth corridor that has emerged as one of the Klang Valley’s fastest-growing residential bands. For families based along this corridor, the alternative is typically a 30-45 minute commute into central PJ or KL for a comparable home; Bayview removes that travel cost while delivering a residence at sub-central-KL pricing. Bandar Sungai Long itself is a planned residential township — broader streets, newer construction, less density than central Kajang.

Care & services

The standard EHA service stack: 24/7 healthcare staffing across nursing care, assisted living, dementia care, daycare, and respite stays. Bilingual English/Mandarin care communication. Operational consistency with the multi-branch group means standardised staff training, incident handling, and case management.

Pricing

Published group rates apply:

  • Assisted senior living: RM 3,200/month
  • Daycare: RM 1,500/month
  • Respite care: RM 120/day

Nursing-level and dementia-care pricing on enquiry. Request the written all-in fee schedule before placement.

What families should know

The case for Bayview is corridor-fit: this is the right placement when the visiting family base is along Cheras (especially Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Cheras Sentral, Kajang town), Kajang itself, Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Semenyih, or even Bangi. From central KL the trip is 30-40 minutes via the SILK Highway or LEKAS — manageable but a real drive. From PJ or Subang Jaya, it’s typically 45-60 minutes — far enough that families based in the western Klang Valley should usually be looking elsewhere.

Hospital escalation is solid: KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital is 15 minutes; Sunway Medical Centre Velocity (Cheras) is 20-25 minutes; Hospital Kajang (public) is 10-15 minutes. The MRT Putrajaya Line has stations at Sri Raya and Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, useful for visiting family without a car — though the daily walk from station to home isn’t trivial in Malaysian heat.

Location

7, Persiaran Sungai Long 5, Bandar Sungai Long, 43000 Kajang — southern Klang Valley, on the Cheras-Kajang axis. The Bandar Sungai Long township was developed in the late 1990s as a planned residential area; layout is grid-based with broad roads and easy navigation. The home is on a residential street within walking distance of the township’s small commercial centre. Parking access for visiting family is generous compared to inner Kajang or central Cheras.

Network

EHA’s other Klang Valley presence is Grandview Jalan Ipoh in northern KL (Taman Kaya, Kepong area). For families needing a different corner of the Klang Valley, that is the alternative within the network. Four JB branches (Golfview, Parkview, Lakeview, Sunview) and the founding Kluang site cover the southern part of the network.
