Sukha Senior Resort is a resort-style senior living facility in Petaling Jaya, opened in March 2024 on a 5,600 sqm campus — a repurposed 4-star hotel building with 100 en-suite rooms, a swimming pool, dialysis centre, and dental clinic. A subsidiary of the Hemrish Group.

Care & services

Independent and assisted living, 24-hour nursing care, dementia and memory care, respite and day care. On-site dialysis and dental services are uncommon among Malaysian care homes and a significant convenience for residents with chronic care needs.

What families should know

Pricing from RM 3,500/month includes meals, laundry, and clubhouse access — strong value for the physical environment. Flexible stays from one day make it viable for respite or trial stays before committing. One of the newest large-format care facilities in PJ; opened March 2024 so management systems are still being refined.
