136, Jalan Gasing, 46000 Petaling Jaya — Bukit Gasing, an established leafy residential street straddling the KL-PJ border. The neighbourhood is mature, low-density, and quieter than most central PJ — green canopy, single-storey bungalows, minimal through traffic. Access is via the LDP (10 minutes) or the Federal Highway. Parking on the street is reasonable for visiting family even on weekends. Universiti Malaya Medical Centre is the closest tertiary hospital; Pantai KL and Assunta are within 10-15 minutes. The setting reads more like a residence than an institution, which is part of the design intent.
