Sri Aman is a particularly good fit when Bukit Gasing is the family’s first preference but unavailable, when budget is slightly below the Gasing tier, or when the family lives or works in central PJ and Section 14 access is more practical. The location is also convenient for families with elderly parents who attend Assunta Hospital regularly — the proximity meaningfully reduces appointment-day logistics.
