About

White Dove Retirement Nursing Home is a long-established Petaling Jaya nursing home in Section 4 (Lorong 4/49E), with two operator domains (whitedove.com.my and whitedove75.com) reflecting an extended online presence. The facility positions itself around 24-hour nursing care delivered by professionals, accepting residents directly from hospital, home, or other retirement residences.

Care & services

24-hour nursing care across long-term, short-term, and day care formats. Standard package includes physiotherapy, exercise programmes, rehabilitation therapy, counselling, and laundry. Short-stay programmes are explicitly offered for residents recovering from illness, post-surgery, chemotherapy, or for caregivers needing respite.

What families should know

The hospital-direct admission framing signals readiness to accept residents at a relatively higher acuity level than typical PJ care homes. Specific bed counts and pricing are quoted on enquiry. Section 4 PJ is a quiet established residential corridor, walking distance to several specialist clinics and approximately 10 minutes from Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Subang Jaya Medical Centre.

Location

Lorong 4/49E, Section 4, 46050 Petaling Jaya - established residential street in mature PJ Section 4, well-connected to the LDP and Federal Highway for KL and Klang access.

Fees

White Dove answered our questions directly on 23 August 2026.

From RM2,500 a month.

What the monthly fee includes

24-hour care by experienced caregivers; assistance with bathing, feeding, dressing and changing diapers; medication administered according to the doctor’s prescription; daily monitoring of pulse, body temperature, blood pressure and blood-glucose levels for diabetic residents; a personalised care plan; nutritious meals; daily social, wellness and recreational activities; physiotherapy and rehabilitation; and a free medical check-up once a month by their visiting doctor.

What the family buys separately

Diapers, medicines, and any additional physiotherapy sessions beyond those included.

Languages, food and care levels

  • Care staff speak Malay, Tamil and English. The operator told us, unprompted and in the first line of their reply, that none of their staff speak Cantonese. That candour is worth noting: most homes leave a family to discover this after moving in.
  • Soft food is provided. This matters for residents with few teeth or swallowing difficulty, and it is not routine outside nursing homes.
  • All levels of resident accepted, including bed-bound.
  • Availability as at 23 August 2026: beds for women only.

⚠️ Two addresses on record - confirm before you visit

The address we hold is No. 15, Lorong 4/49E, Section 4, Petaling Jaya. The signature on the operator’s own email gives No. 3, Jalan 7, Taman Overseas Union, 58200 Kuala Lumpur - Taman OUG, roughly twenty minutes away. We do not know whether they have moved, run two buildings, or our listing is out of date, and we would rather say so than guess. Confirm which building you would be visiting before you travel. We have asked the operator and will correct this page when they answer.
